Who We Are

Pam Owsik founded Lifestyle Choices for Seniors because of her desire to combine her nurturing instinct, compassion, and connection with seniors, with her knowledge of the real estate market and home-owning expertise.

Pam began her career as a registered nurse in 1989. She provided direct patient care at Lankenau Hospital in Wynnewood, PA for 8 years, in their Gynecological Oncology Department, and the Newborn Nursery. Pam was also certified and taught Childbirth Education classes for Main Line Health at

Lankenau and Paoli Hospitals. During that time she worked directly with the public at Health Fairs, where her duties ranged from taking vital signs to explaining health information.

Concurrent with her career in healthcare, Pam obtained her real estate license in 1991, and has spent the last 16 years at Duffy Real Estate headquartered in Narberth, PA. She became a “Certified Senior Real Estate Specialist” in 2007 because she enjoys working with senior citizens, and saw their unique needs when it came to home-ownership and other life transition decisions.

Pam offers her clients a wealth of expertise, compassion, strong communications skills and an interest in helping senior citizens enjoy life to the fullest.
